Home Health Aide
The Home Health Aide is a paraprofessional member of the health care team who works directly under the supervision of a registered nurse and performs various services for the patient/client, the majority of which are personal care.

Personal Care Homemaker
The Personal Care Homemaker (PCH) performs non-personal, non-nursing tasks, enabling the client to stay in his or her home during stressful times of illness and/or recuperation. The PCH provides light housekeeping, laundry services and kitchen clean-up. Other duties include the preparation of nutritious meals according to the family's needs.

Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse
The Licensed Practical Nurse and Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) work under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) and are responsible for the complete bedside care of all assigned patients, in compliance with the Nurse Practice Act regulations of the State Board of Nursing, the American Nurses Association, and the policies and procedures of the agency.

Registered Nurse
The Registered Nurse (RN)  makes the initial evaluation visit, regularly reevaluating the patient's nursing needs and initiates the plan of care and necessary revisions. He/she also provides services requiring skilled nursing, initiates appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures, prepares clinical progress notes, coordinates services and informs the physician and other personnel in charge of the patients condition and needs. The Nurse also counsels the patient and family caregiver in meeting nursing and related needs, participates in in service programs and supervised and teaches other nursing personnel. The RN provides skilled nursing care to the patient in compliance with the Nurse Practice Act and within standards of clinical practice as defined by the American Nurses Association and the policies and procedures of the agency. Must have professional liability insurance coverage.

Nurse Aide
The Nurse Aide/Orderly is a paraprofessional member of the health care team who works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or licensed nurse to perform basic nursing care tasks as assigned.

Physical Therapist
The Physical Therapist is experienced in the treatment of illness or injury through the practice of physical therapy while under the direction of attending doctors of medicine or osteopathy. The Physical Therapist is responsible for the total care of all assigned patients. Must have professional liability insurance coverage.

Occupational Therapist
The Occupational Therapist is experienced in the treatment of illness or injury through the practice of occupational therapy while under the direction of attending doctors of medicine or osteopathy. The Occupational Therapist is responsible for the total care of all assigned patients. Must have professional liability insurance coverage.
